All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you through call and/or email.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. We charge flat Rs. 70 for all orders below Rs. 1,000 and offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1,000. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Returns
- If you want to place a return request, please go to the Returns Manager
- Select the desired mode of return and replacement option
- Choice of return will be sent to you within 7-10 business days.
- Mango People offers a hassle free 15 days replacement guarantee (The time frame within which you can exchange a product in case of damaged or wrong products received) It takes 7-12 days for the new replacement/store credit to be issued, after we receive the old product.

- ON SALE products can only be exchanged for store credits or compensations.
- As per the company policies, we do not provide cash or bank refunds, in case of any issues regarding refunds, we can provide you with store credits which are valid for unlimited period of time and can be redeemed from your wallet whenever you wish to redeem the amount.
